Shipping policy
"We ship most orders received before noon CST on the same day. Orders received after noon will generally be shipped the next business day. Once your order is delivered to the carrier and first scanned, you will receive a tracking email. This mail allows you allow you to track the delivery of your package."
Return and exchange rules
"Skotsyn provides a 30-day return period from the date of receipt for all products. Customers receive a credit note equal to the full value of the product. If a product is purchased over the phone, Skotsyn's online store, or outside a permanent establishment, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract and get a full refund.
Return conditions:

A receipt or return slip must be presented.

The product must be in a salable condition.

All accessories and instructions must be included.

No software may have been installed on the product.

The product may not be customized or special ordered.
Skotsyn reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met. Refund covers only the purchase price of the product; other costs, e.g. shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective, Skotsyn may refund shipping costs. Open or sealed packaging is a condition for the return of certain product types."
